La Casa : A very impressive villa built to a very high standard, comprising of marble floors throughout and above average height ceilings, which all helps to maintain a cool internal temperature during the hot summer days.

The bedrooms are dressed with traditional Spanish style furniture accompanied with fitted wardrobes in each room.

The house has 3 floors for rental and has the ability to sleep 8/10 people, the entrance is situated on the 1st floor, comprising of an entrance hall, downstairs WC, large lounge/dining room complete with TV, DVD with surround sound system there are four double sofas and dining room table. The kitchen comprises of fridge freezer, electric cooker hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and ample cutlery to accommodate all guests, and an extra table which will seat four in the kitchen. The house has Freesat television and WIFI Internet, for our clients.

   

Off the kitchen is the ground floor terrace area which is private with a medium sized table and 4 chairs and views of the mountains as the backdrop.

Lovely place to relax and unwind in the evening.

 

      

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also on the first floor is the study / children's room which is equipped with its own television and DVD player ideal for children or adults to watch TV or listen to music and relax on the comfortable sofa bed.

Picture to the right is the master bedroom luxury en-suite bathroom, complete with full size bath.

Stairs then lead up to the second floor which has four bedrooms - 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite), both with Romeo balconies and two single bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, one of these bedrooms has a Romeo balcony, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The property comes complete with a secure safe for clients use, keys will  be made available upon rental.

   

Stairs then lead to the top floor where you will find the utility room, this comprises of sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board with door opening to the roof terrace, there is a large table and 4 chairs, umbrella and retractable washing line. Here you can sit and admire the lovely views of the Las Alpujarras and the twin spires of the 17th Century Church.

Towels and bedding will be made available, but please supply your own towels for use on the beach.

For the families we are able to supply 3 baby gates for restricting the access to the stair wells, If a cot is required then this can be arranged, please let us know at the point of booking.
